أَسْتَغْفِرُ ٱللّٰهَ رَبِّي وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullāha rabbī wa atūbu ilayh
I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, and I turn to Him in repentance
In Sahih al-Bukhari 6307 the Prophet ﷺ says he seeks forgiveness and repents “more than seventy times a day”, with the wording “Astaghfirullāha wa atūbu ilayh”. The word “rabbī” here is a common addition.
